Module KJVPCE has misplaced canonical Psalm titles

Module KJVPCE is the Pure Cambridge Edition of the KJV.

The 116 Psalm titles are displayed within verse 1 of each particular Psalm.
btw. There's also a superfluous new line between the verse tag and the title.
They should be all preverse titles displayed above verse 1.

It's possible that the TextSource has them misplaced, in a kludge for use with other Bible software. On the other hand, it may be simply that the module was built badly.
