Description
I went:
Edit Bookmarks -> New Bookmark File
and moved many bookmarks from personal to this new file.
Everything was fine until the next time I started the program, and the new file was nowhere to be found.
Looking in the bookmarks directory showed only 3 bookmark files.
Subsequent testing shows that new bookmark files are NEVER saved.
This has been a significant setback in terms of time and research, as these bookmarks were not stored anywhere else,
believing that the software was capable and stable enough to SAVE A TEXT FILE.
