Description
as discussed in sword-devel, the presence of unicode characters, notably apostrophe U+2019, within <divineName> causes trouble because of incorrect semantic for "toupper" in current sword SVN. it makes DM's beta NASB look bad in gnomesword (resulting invalid unicode character displays as two broken characters) and winsword (component is missing).
