OSIS Lemmas and Strongs are tied

It appears that in OSIS-based files, the display of Strong's numbers and (other) Lemmas are tied. If either filter is set to "off", neither Strong's nor other Lemmas will display.

We basically need to make the Strong's filter check that it only removes lemmas with a workType of Strong:/strong:/etc. Conversely, we need to make the lemma filter check that it does not remove lemmas that begin with those workTypes.
