'Search' textbox should search all the books that are being viewed in parallel

Search should:

• give choice to search all/specific bibles displayed in the parallel view. Currently it only searches the first bible, and there is no indication of this to the user.
• give message to 'Enable Search' based on index build status of all the bibles in the parallel view. Currently the 'Enable Search' button is shown based on index status of the first bible.

Not sure what is an easy way to allow search/rebuild index on multiple bibles. Perhaps search should be allowed on only one bible, by creating a 'search this bible' dropdown choice.
