GBF Strong's Number does not display properly

The GBF filter produces Strong's numbers of the form <w lemma="strong:1234|strong:2345">...</w>
This is wrong for 2 reasons:

1. It does not preserve the G or H, so the Strong's number is not properly identified
2. It separates multiple values with '|' not ' '

The result is that simple.xsl of BibleDesktop displays it very badly.
