Description
SWORD now defines LL-SSSS-CC and LL-SSSS, whereas before it was just LL and LL-CC
LL = 2 or 3 letter language code, required.
SSSS - 4 letter script code, optional
CC - 2 letter country code, optional.
The canonical form for each is:
LL - lower
SSSS - Title
CC - UPPER
However, they are case-insensitive.
