Description
We now allow a Verse to be invalid, having a book, chapter and/or verse that is not within its v11n.
toString() returns the localized name of the book. The localization of books is held in each v11n. But it only contains the books in the v11n.
The localization of book names should be independent of v11n. This will reduce core space.
