      Description

In Module Manager, I created a new local install source. It didn't work ("The information is not valid. Please check again!") so I clicked "Delete Install Source". Then I got "Do you really want to delete the selected item?" and clicked Yes. Nothing happened...nothing at all, so I clicked it again, and again confirmed.
Did this 3 times, the last time got the spinning beach ball, and the app quit with a long error log that was sent to Apple. I reopened MacSword and have repeatedly tried to delete the install source I created, to no avail.
