Improve the VulgClementine module

When the module VulgClementine was created, no attempt was made to convert the internal markup used by VulSearch for semantic / layout features.

The source text makes use of several special markers
/ to force a line break (= a new paragraph in prose text)
[] to span indented poetry
<> for text in some titles, such as the acrostics in Ps.118

How these are used is best seen in the online browse pages. e.g.

It should be relatively straightforward to design a conversion script to produce OSIS that mimics how the online pages are displayed.

This would significantly improve the module.
