Environment:
my platform is windows xp 32-bit, but I suspect this is a platform-independent issue.
Description
I could suppose that this could be worked with google currency converter if you want to do something over the net or yahoo finance, as these have current conversion rates (but not as current as an intl bank, and they charge a fee I think).

I was alerted to this issue, but I think I was not a part of the original bug report that is behind xiphos bug 768, which I think is somewhat unrelated (but there was internet access to modules, so knowing the price of the modules should be in a separate column in the user's currency format, as outlined in windows' start, control panel, regional settings).
I hope this information helps you. you can find more detailed information in the MSDN (msdn.microsoft.com) and microsoft has their terms of use link at the bottom which has directions to a permissions page for copyrighted content. it would be better to purchase a saubscription to the MSDN I should think. prices and availability probably differ in your country. see https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/pricing/ or microsoft.com/visualstudio if pricing is not listed
