Rebuild WelBeiblNet from latest source text for complete Welsh Bible

Our existing module is for the NT only and was released on 2012-02-24.

We have had the source text for the complete Bible for more than four years.

My most recent copy was received 2016-01-04 directly from Arfon Jones.

Whether it has been subsequently updated is not yet known to me. We should ask.

All our attempts to convert the USFM to OSIS using our own in-house Python script resulted in invalid (or faulty) OSIS for various reasons. This is because his translation makes use of several USFM features that were never properly fixed in usfm2osis.py

Some of these are documented in issues under MODTOOLS. Hint: Search for 'beibl'.

IMHO, we are more likely to succeed using adyeths/u2o.py though this is not without some issues.

The further processing of xrefs will require special attention to detail given that adyeths discontinued development of his orefs.py

The translation is copyright, so the source text must be kept private.

Given the lapse of time since January 2016, it would be sensible to touch base with Arfon Jones in order to confirm that permissions previously given still stand.
