diatheke output without options cv includes two Hebrew points

            Description

            When the diatheke command is used on Hebrew module that has both cantillation points and accents, and when the options cv are omitted from the command line, the output file still includes these two Hebrew points:

            U+05C1 ׁ HEBREW POINT SHIN DOT
            U+05C2 ׂ HEBREW POINT SIN DOT

            I think that this may be a software bug.
