            Description

            Add a command line option_filter -o z

            Scope: For Bible modules containing Psalm titles encoded as:

            <title canonical="true" type="psalm">...</title>

            Include the plain text of the Psalm title in the output, prefixed like (e.g.)

            Psalms 3:0 A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.

            NB. Option_filter -o h for section headings does NOT output the Psalm titles!
