Impossible to index issue for installation

            Ubuntu 20.04

            Description

            With xiphos, when I try to make index, it fails, when I try to use mkfastmod it fails too. If I try to install modules it will work randomly.

            Xiphos is unusable!

            This happens only with the sword1.9 on ubuntu 20.04 with the hirsute package (from debian) and the ppa package. I tried to change all the permissions, all permission are right. I'm despairing to solve this issue!
