The Dutch Bible module DutSVV should be rebuilt with a suitable av11n

One aspect of this translation is that the canonical Psalm descriptions are allocated to verse 1 (more or less).

This requires a different versification that was not available in 2008.

The text of the final verse of such Psalms is appended to the previous verse.

A suitable av11n should be chosen and the module should be rebuilt from source.
