Module UKJV should be rebuilt from latest source

Module UKJV was built on 2004-06-12 from the then available source text.

NB. The URL stated as the TextSource is defunct (but q.v.).

The only subsequent change to the module was to correct the encoding of the .conf file in 2013.

The module text as is contains over 800 instances of "yours" where the KJV has "thine" and where the following word begins with a vowel (or the letter 'h' before a vowel, as in the word 'hand').

The current UKJV text online now more correctly has the word "your" in all these locations.

There may be other changes as well, but this fact alone is sufficient evidence to indicate that the module needs to be rebuilt after downloading the Zip file containing whole text from the website.

The UKJV is now hosted at http://www.creationism.org/BibleUKJV/

The .htm files within the Zip download are mostly dated 2017-10-02
