linked LD entries don't work

I know this used to work, but linked entries no longer link. So, if you have an entry A:

A
This is entry A

And an entry B:

B
@LINK A

Then calling up entry B just gives the link text instead of the contents of entry A. A few items, such as the new Robinson's, Strong's, & Webster's dictionary modules, need this facility.
The module creation link-creation functions are working fine, based on inspection of uncompressed modules.
I believe this was formerly handled in the engine (so it would be seamless, as for versekey modules) rather than in front ends, so I don't believe this is a regression in BibleCS specifically.
