Description
Decide on and publish a flag for the conf files that specifies that the conf is already in HTML and no longer in RTF. This way frontends can act accordingly (e.g. in BT, no need for using RTFHTML). Please do this before the release of 1.5.8 so that the frontend releases already can have support for it (NASB!).
