            Description

            A note in the developers' wiki page for CONF files states:
            OSISLemma must precede OSISStrongs.

            Surely this is a weakness in the Design Specification for SWORD?

            It would make sense to remove the dependence of filter functions on the order of GlobalOptionFilter keys in the CONF file.

            There must be an inherent hierarchy of filter dependencies that can be defined in logic within the SWORD engine without requiring these keys to be in any particular order.
