installmgr command line tool and gnomesword (linux & cygwin)
Description
repeat by attempting to install an updated version of a module for one which is already installed.
installmgr will go nutty as it tries to download every *.conf known to the repository in question, over and over; as far as i'm aware, it will never get around actually to installing the updated module content.
in gnomesword, this bug has been worked around for some months by pre-deleting the module before giving the installmgr subsystem a chance at things, in which case everything is fine, as it is then just a case of installing a new module.
