optimized/"lucene" search does not respect "current results"

            Windows w/1.5.pre10; GnomeSword (any recent version).

            Description

            If one searches UNoptimized, gets results, then searches for some other word over current results, the search is performed over just those previously-found verses.

            If one searches OPTIMIZED, gets results, then searches for some other word over current results, the search is performed over the entire module: The lucene search function is not respecting the "current results" set offered.

            Misbehavior confirmed in both GnomeSword and the Windows UI.
