Error popup on startup for missing Book

When a book is an option value and the book is not present, it gives an error on startup.

This occurs when options are loaded and the referenced book is missing.

When uninstalling a book, the installer needs to listen for the event and pick a new book.

When loading options. missing books should be ignored. Perhaps automatically setting an new book.
