BD: Error unable to delete file (when deleting a book)

            Windows XP Media Center Editions 2002 SP3. Java SE 6 Update 16.

            Description

            In BD 1.6 (latest nightly build) I get an error message when using the Delete Book option in the Tools | Books dialog.

            This occurs irrespective of whether I use BD installed in Windows XP, or if I use the webstart method.

            The error popups are attached in PNG format. It is not specific to the module examples shown.
            It happened with other modules too, and on more than one computer.

            NB. This is not a permissions issue. The module files can be removed manually using Windows Exlorer.
