Canonical Psalm titles should be displayed in a different font

            Description

            Example: See attached PNG file (in which Bible Display font is Serif 18pt).

            Using BD to display Psalm 18 (KJV) is ugly in regards to the way the canonical Psalm title uses the same font as other headings.

            In printed KJV Bibles, these Psalm titles are usually in a smaller font size than the main verse text.

            Also, verse 1 properly begins with "I will love thee, O LORD, my strength." BD displays the verse 1 marker too soon.
