bibledesktop.jnlp references incorrect version of commons-net-1.x.0.jar

I downloaded jsword and clicked on bibledesktop.jnlp. It reference a file from crosswire.org from the line <jar href="commons-net-1.3.0.jar"/>. That file is no longer valid from crosswire. It is now version 1.4.0. I changed the line to <jar href="commons-net-1.4.0.jar"/> and jsword began to work.
