Web Journal support

I'd like to donate a web journal (blog) client I integrated into Bible Desktop. It allows the user to manage multiple web journals or blogs from within Bible Desktop. This provides an easy way for the student to share the results of their Bible Study with others without knowing much about blogs or how they work. The blog client is from http://blogapps.dev.java.net, code used in a new book by Manning on blogging and rss feeds from a friend of mine, Dave Johnson. The HTML editor is Kafenino http://editor.kafenio.org/).

This code also uses a library called Werx (http://www.werx.org) which brings a message-based architecture to your Swing application. It isn't required, but I've found it a great way to decouple the sections of your application, and in particular, a good way to allow other modules to display status on the Status bar without passing StatusBar references around.

I'm initially attaching a patch for a first cut integration. There are more cleanups I need to do, as well as better integration, so I'll update the patches as I go along until it gets accepted.
