Description
Bookmark handling should be improved in that:
- verse references (at the beginning of the line) will get context menus that will allow to:
1. add a bookmark for the selected verse. This will trigger a requester for a bookmark name.
2. add verse to an existing bookmark.
Also create a new NSCell that can display both bookmark name and reference.
