FarHezareNoh module missing OT

When I download the FarHezareNoh module, e.g. from https://www.crosswire.org/sword/servlet/SwordMod.Verify?modName=FarHezareNoh&pkgType=raw, the zip file includes only the NT, none of the OT. (This is also seen downstream, such as in apps like AndBible.)

According to https://www.crosswire.org/sword/modules/ModInfo.jsp?modName=FarHezareNoh, the FarHezareNoh is of type "Bible" (not "NT" - though I don't know whether the type is supposed to reflect that distinction).

This FarHezareNoh module, titled "Tarjumeh-ye Hezare Noh", is evidently the same as the NMV, from Elam Ministries. The NMV includes the OT as well as the NT (see https://www2.bible.com/fa/bible/118/GEN.1.NMV

).

So I'm guessing at why this happened, and whether it can be fixed...

• Did the copyright holder only grant permission for the NT to be used? Or only the 2013 version, which maybe didn't include the OT? I searched the https://wiki.crosswire.org/Module_Requests page, but didn't see any information about (rejected or accepted) requests for permission to use the full version of the NMV.
  • If permission has been granted for only the NT and not the OT to be distributed, can this information be noted on the Module_Requests page,
  • and can the module information (https://www.crosswire.org/sword/modules/ModInfo.jsp?modName=FarHezareNoh) please be updated to reflect this? For example, adding "New Testament" or "NT" to the title would help manage expectations, and save users a lot of time trying to track down the reason for the "missing" books.
• Was there a data transmission/packaging mistake that resulted in the OT being accidentally omitted?
  • If so, what can I do to help get it fixed?

On a related note, it would be nice to have "NMV" added to the title of this module as well, since people may be looking for the NMV and not be aware that it's the same as Tarjumeh-ye Hezare Noh.
