Whitespace omitted when invoking diatheke with -f OSIS

      Description

Invoking diatheke with `-f OSIS` yields output with occasional omission of whitespace separating words and punctuation. For example,

      diatheke -b ESV2001 -f OSIS -k Amos 1:2

yields output with "Zionand" and "Jerusalem;the". Other examples include He 3:9 and Is 43:4.

This is observed with diatheke 4.7 via the debian diatheke package (1.8.1+dfsg-8+b1). Per the guidance from https://wiki.crosswire.org/Tutorial:Compiling_%26_Installing_SWORD I steered clear of installing from source.
