            Description

            Add processing of numeric entities (e.g. &xHHHH; or &DDDD;) to convert them into UTF-8 in XML sources. (Add the processing to xml2gbs, osis2mod, & tei2mod.) Possibly give the same treatment to named entities, to the extent possible (i.e. not <).
