osis2mod should use refSystem from the OSIS document

            Description

            OSIS documents input to osis2mod should contain a refSystem.

            osis2mod could/should be able to parse this out and use it to
            select the correct versification system for the given document.

            Leaving the -v switch in the code for situations where an override
            is necessary (poorly constructed input documents, or documents
            with refSystems unknown to SWORD) is probably wise.

            There was recent (2009-04-29) discussion of this on the
            sword-devel mailing list.
