Description
For the \cl tag, the USFM Reference has a Usage note:
If \cl is entered once before chapter 1 (\c 1) it represents the text for "chapter" to be used throughout the current book. If \cl is used after each individual chapter marker, it represents the particular text to be used for the display of the current chapter heading (usually done if numbers are being presented as words, not numerals).
I have tried usfm2osis.py with \cl Vahe just before \c 1
The output was simply this:
<title>Vahe</title>
<chapter osisID="Gen.1" sID="Gen.1"/>
The OSIS file contained only one such title (for chapter 1), when it should have repeated the title for all 50 chapters, and (moreover) should have included the chapter number for each.
