osis2mod.exe just stops working if the specified outputpath does not exist

      Description

      osis2mod.exe just stops working if the specified outputpath does not exist. (e.g. if it's mistyped, etc)

      It would be preferable for it to "fail gracefully" with a suitable error message.

      It's conceivable that other utilities would behave in a similar manner.
