usfm2osis.py does not adequately handle the USFM tag \ipi

            Description

            This tag occurs 9 times in the Tok Pisin Bible file 19-PSA.usfm

            \ipi is the tag for an indented introduction paragraph.

            The tag is not yet adequately handled by usfm2osis.py when more than one such tagged line occur in a sequence.

            The XML output leaves all but the first of these lines unprocessed.
