Description
The -N option in osis2mod is described:
-N do not convert UTF-8 or normalize UTF-8 to NFC
(default is to convert to UTF-8, if needed,
and then normalize to NFC)
Note: UTF-8 texts should be normalized to NFC.
I have found that this option did not work at all.
Nothing gets written to the module path. The log output is empty.
The source text file is valid OSIS XML, albeit in container form.
The same source text could be processed successfully by osis2mod without using the -N option.
