Description
During my ongoing testing of the SFM files for Arfon Jones Welsh beibl.net translation, a new issue was encountered.
Something related to the processing of USFM tables gave an XML file that fails syntax check.
NB. This issue relates ONLY to XML syntax check - it's NOT about OSIS Validation !!!!!
It turned out that there are two separate issues.
One is caused by a typo error in the python script - simply a missing quotation mark.
The other relates to the late closure of table elements at the start of a new section division.
