subSection pre-verse titles are not recognized

            Description

            subSection titles are not being interpreted as pre-verse when it seems
            they should be. When a <div type="subSection"> (or subSubSection, etc.) appears before a <verse> tag it is not being recognized as pre-verse by the osis2mod importer.

            The fix used by osis-converters is attached.
